Who operates this site

Copatropa.bet is run as an independent fan project. It is not operated by or on behalf of Copabet.

Data we process

When you sign in, your email and password are sent from your browser to our server and immediately forwarded to Copabet to authenticate you. We do not store your password.

If login succeeds, we store an encrypted session cookie (copatropabet-session) containing your Copabet auth token and basic profile fields (user id, name, nickname, and email when Copabet provides it) so you stay signed in.

Your browser may store UI preferences in local storage: language (copatropabet.locale), preferred group (copatropabet.preferredGroup), and preferred tournament (copatropabet.preferredTournamentId).

Our host (Vercel) may log technical data such as IP address, request time, URL, and error details when you use the site.

Why we process data

We process this data only to run the service: sign you in, load your group’s Copabet data, and remember your UI preferences.

Who receives data

Copabet receives your login credentials during sign-in and receives API requests authorized by your session when we load tournament, group, and match data on your behalf.

Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs and infrastructure data needed to deliver the application.

How long we keep data

Session data remains until you log out, the session expires, or you clear cookies. Browser preferences remain until you clear site data. Server logs are retained according to Vercel’s policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Log out to clear your session cookie. Clear site data in your browser to remove local preferences. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries outside your own, including where Vercel and Copabet operate. They rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
